Analyst, Data Analytics

The Analyst is responsible for organizing the day-to-day operations of CMI Media Group list matching services and basic reporting of online and offline advertising campaigns for our clients, working directly with clients on data exchanges, managing pacing of digital campaigns and making optimization recommendations to internal and external stakeholders.

 

PRIMARY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

 

  • Coordinate day-to-day operations of list match services
  • QC data exchanges to and from CMI Media Group
  • Conduct regular campaign list matching
  • Troubleshoot all system, user and list related issues as they arise
  • Analyze planner list analysis target pivot table and export targeted buy file list for dissemination to partners
  • Coordinate cross-brand target matching to define overlap and codify it in systems for analysis by planning staff
  • Upload target buy file data against client supplied list as requested
  • Scrub target lists for removal of “opt-out” physicians as requested; capture and invoice all scrub activity
  • Maintain archiving system architecture for all data assets
  • Ensure compliance with confidentiality protocols as they relate to data transfers
  • Export target buy lists to meet client requests
  • Coordinate all ad hoc data requests (list match requests)
  • Assist in regular data asset and gap analysis internal audits
  • Capture data gaps and opportunities relating to service offerings
  • Maintain and build relationships with key customers and partners
  • Manage Datafeeds and data specs with both Supplier partner community and Client
  • Maintain all client and internal data spec for engagement data
  • Track inbound data and manage expectations of internal analytics team
  • Generate monthly campaign performance reports
  • Regularly monitor all live campaigns for proper serving, click through action and conversion events
  • With assistance, analyze reports and provide optimization recommendations to planning teams

 

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 1-2 Years experience working with secondary data for marketing
  • SQL/Python Experience a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in experience and education
  • Experience working with or servicing pharmaceutical and other life sciences companies preferred
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Access and PowerPoint
  • Strong analytical, mathematical skills
