Supervisor, Client Finance

Are you ready to take the reins and lead a dynamic team in the heart of media operations? We're seeking a Supervisor, Client Finance, to spearhead our Client Finance team, driving financial efficiency, workflow optimization, and exceeding client expectations. If you thrive on collaboration, process improvements, and leadership within a fast-paced environment, this role is tailored for you.  As the Supervisor  you'll play a pivotal role in overseeing financial management, resource planning, and process enhancements within our media organization. Collaborating closely with cross-departmental leaders, you'll guide administrative and staff functions, ensuring seamless operations and alignment with business goals.   
Key Responsibilities:   
  • Strategic Scope Development: Independently craft client scope of work contracts, ensuring objectivity and adherence to client-specific guidelines. 
  • Financial Oversight: Lead regular budget review meetings and facilitate financial training sessions to ensure team proficiency. 
  • Team Leadership & Development: Drive staff recruiting forecasts, foster organizational learning, and implement robust staff development initiatives. 
  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement best practices for enhanced efficiency and quality across client projects. 
  • Technology Integration: Oversee the adoption of new technology solutions and systems to optimize client outputs. 
  • Resource Utilization: Estimate, manage, and ensure efficient resource allocation to achieve maximum billing efficiency. 
  • Compliance & Documentation: Maintain compliance with training documentation and certifications while ensuring team adherence. 
Desired Skills and Qualifications:   
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of media functions and marketing concepts, with specific expertise in pharmaceutical and patient markets. 
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead, manage teams, and foster professional growth. 
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong Excel skills, project management proficiency, and problem-solving capabilities. 
  • Passion for Finance: Interest and enthusiasm for numbers and financial aspects. 
Additional Requirements:   
  • Flexibility: Ability to work flexible hours and travel occasionally to other company or partner offices for meetings and responsibilities. 
  • Physical Ability: Capable of lifting objects up to 15 pounds and accommodating a range of physical needs, ensuring inclusivity and comfort, including sitting for prolonged periods while working on a computer.
  • Detail-Oriented Approach: Consistent daily completion of timesheets.
