Intern, Media – Job Ad

As a Media Planning Intern, you will work and learn over a period of about 12 weeks through a mix of formal learning including classroom and online coursework and informal learning opportunities such as mentorship, internship goals, job shadowing and practice. Ultimately, you’ll work while learning valuable skills, and get to do work that have a real impact for our company. Our agency promotes our employees’ desire for continuous learning and growth, and this is a great opportunity to get your feet wet and get in depth experience practicing media planning skills.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Work alongside current associate media planners and media planners
  • Contracting and helping with contract revisions
  • Competitive pulls for a competitive analysis
  • Checking Compas schedules to our schedules to ensure all matches
  • Helping set items up in anticipation for planning season
  • Participate in media execution courses
  • Hands on experience learning our systems and processes


  • Undergraduate or graduate level junior or senior
  • Pursing a degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or a relevant field of study
  • Must know full suite of Microsoft Office and be proficient with Excel
  • Previous internship experience preferred, but not required
