Manager, Digital Marketing Analytics

As the Manager, Digital Marketing Analytics you will be responsible for managing the proper measurement, reporting, analysis and optimization of online and offline marketing campaigns for all assigned accounts. You will work cross-functionally and cross-organizationally to ensure reporting quality, consistency, and deadlines are being met. You will also supervise Analysts and Senior Analysts and be accountable for achieving staff billable goals and career development of direct reports. 
 
Primary Responsibilities:  

  • Act as the day to day lead across your brands, driving strategic discussions, leading reporting deliverables & helping to shape any strategic/tactical discussions 
  • Oversee and manage team responsible for the development and execution of measurement/analysis plans and creation of KPIs on behalf of clients 
  • Oversee the delivery of strategic analyses that are easily understood by clients and pull through data driven recommendations tied back to brand goals/objectives
  • Develop junior team members to identify data trends, and oversee monthly campaign performance reports and optimization recommendations, and present to internal/external stakeholders 
  • Manage time spent against multiple projects, ensuring deadlines are maintained and met 
  • Work cross-functionally, providing recommendations to streamline processes, eliminating inefficiencies, and improving results across the department 
  • Oversee data/research support to client/planning teams 

 
Requirements: 

  • 3-5 years of related online marketing, web analytics/, research experience. Direct experience with digital media performance analysis a plus. 
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, statistics, mathematics, economics, psychology or other relevant degree 
  • 1+ year experience in a supervisory role. 
  • Strong project management and prioritization skills, with ability to drive high-quality work 
  • Ability to effectively communicate results in a concise manner 
  • Experience and / or education in Pharma a plus. 
  • Extensive experience with Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint high efficiency). Knowledge of: Tableau and other data visualization tools, Google Analytics, Adobe Omniture, Microsoft Office.
