Talent Acquisition Partner

CMI Media Group is looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our growing team! This person will be responsible for full life-cycle recruiting for mid-level positions with a focus on media, analytics, search and other departments from sourcing through onboarding. The Talent Acquisition Partner will source, screen, and refer job candidates to hiring managers, coordinates interviews, and offers. We are looking for someone who is passionate about finding that perfect candidate! 

Responsibilities:

  • Review resumes and credentials for appropriateness of skills, experience and knowledge in relation to position requirements
  • Prescreen candidates and make recommendations. Provide overview of prescreen to hiring managers, along with recommendations for candidate interviews. Develop and maintain a solid understanding of the position needs in order to present qualified, pre-screened candidates appropriate for interviews
  • Proactively keep hiring managers of assigned requisitions informed of status of recruiting efforts
  • Manage the scheduling and logistics of all interviews between candidates and hiring managers
  • Administer competency and behavioral assessments to candidates, as required
  • Maintain the Jobvite database including social media and candidate relationship management campaigns
  • Develop and maintain a network of contacts in applicant tracking system to help identify and source qualified candidates
  • Leverage online recruiting resources, employee referrals, and networking to identify and recruit the very best candidates
  • Provide complete, accurate, and inspiring information to candidates about the company and position
  • Conduct follow up calls with candidates after interviews to gauge interview process, candidate satisfaction, etc
  • Place job advertising in various media, including social networking sites, and participate in job fairs
  • Participate in developing and implementing recruiting strategies based on staffing forecasts
  • Develop and maintain contacts with school, alumni groups, and other public and industry organizations to find and attract applicants. Maintain report including current and future industry relationships
  • Become knowledgeable about commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within advertising, media, accounting, operations, and human resources and any other departments for assigned requisitions

REQUIREMENTS: 

  • 3- 5 years’ of prior full-lifecycle recruitment experience, knowledge of all recruiting components including, but not limited to: sourcing, qualifying, networking, assessing, relationship management and due diligence
  • BA/BS degree in human resources, business or related field preferred but not required
  • Experience in the advertising/media industry strongly preferred
  • Experience in human resources preferred but not required
