About the Role:
The Senior Analyst, Video Investment, is a valued team member responsible for strategic video planning and execution, encompassing Advanced TV, OTT/CTV, and Online Video/Digital Video. You'll be adept at media research and systems, skilled in negotiating media partnerships, and capable of multitasking in a high-energy environment. Leveraging strong analytical and technical knowledge, you will identify and unlock growth opportunities for our clients. Familiarity with key digital partners (Disney, Hulu, Amazon, Roku, TV OEMs), programmatic offerings, and dashboard experience are essential. This role is perfect for someone with a keen interest in the Pharma and Health Sciences landscape and marketplace.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the development of holistic Video media strategies and analysis, including audience and media partner selection, custom data integration, DSP/PMP recommendations, timing/scheduling, and creative guidance across all video channels (OTT/CTV, OLV/Digital Video, Advanced TV, Programmatic, Linear TV, and more).
  • Collaborate closely with Video Leads to craft comprehensive, data-driven recommendations that meet client KPIs and drive performance through multi-faceted, cross-channel strategic partnerships.
  • Work with Media Planning, Analytics, and other internal teams to analyze and oversee Programmatic Video campaigns.
  • Implement and execute media plans across various digital video channels, ensuring precise targeting, optimal budget allocation, and timely campaign delivery.
  • Develop and share expertise in leading Programmatic ad platforms like The Trade Desk and PulsePoint with internal teams and clients.
  • Ensure all Video campaigns consistently meet or exceed delivery, reach, and performance goals through ongoing stewardship and optimization across multiple accounts and brands.
  • Monitor campaign performance and own client reporting for assigned tactics, coordinating closely with the analytics team.
  • Apply a logical, systematic, and sequential approach to problem-solving, making timely decisions and delivering thoughtful, data-backed resolutions to video environment challenges.
  • Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital video, proactively sharing insights to enhance campaign effectiveness and innovation.
  • Ensure timeliness, accuracy, and executional excellence of all video plan outputs.
  • Implement successful Programmatic Video plans utilizing DSPs such as Trade Desk, PulsePoint, AdMission, and others.
  • Support aggregate negotiations across appropriate channels.
  • Contribute to thought leadership initiatives by authoring and reviewing Video-related POVs, Case Studies, and insights based on industry updates, trends, and findings.
Required Experience & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferably in marketing, business, or a quantitative/analytical field.
  • 3+ years of relevant experience, with at least 2 years in Digital media.
  • Expertise in the video publisher, platform, and audience supplier ecosystem.
  • Proven experience in Advanced TV, Digital Video, and Connected TV media buying, including strong technical and negotiating skills.
  • Solid knowledge of National Linear broadcast media experience.
  • Proficiency with Programmatic buying platforms such as The Trade Desk, Google DV360, or similar.
  • Trade Desk, DV360, or other DSP certification is a plus.
  • Strong digital acumen and project management skills.
  • Familiarity with programmatic offerings and dashboard experience.
  • Detailed awareness of client business issues, industry trends, consumer trends, promotional resources, market status, and competition.
  • Healthcare/Pharmaceutical background is a significant plus.
