The panel “The Rise of Always-On HCP Engagement” was moderated by CMI Media Group’s Matt Durham, VP Global Engagement Strategy. The panel of global pharma brand managers, discussed a wide range of topics, including AI, 360° Insight, and how AI and other new technologies can create a new pharma experience for engaging with HCPs. When discussing the biggest opportunities for global brand managers over the next 2 to 3 years, the opportunity for hyper-personalization for HCPs and patients was mentioned, so too was the ability to more efficiently orchestrate all of the channels within a campaign.
