Senior Vice President, Engagement Strategy
- Orchestrate Omnichannel Experiences: Design and implement integrated media strategies that seamlessly blend online and offline channels, creating a cohesive and impactful journey for the audience.
- Be the Client Whisperer: Forge strong, lasting relationships with key client stakeholders, becoming their go-to expert for all things media.
- Lead with Vision: Guide and mentor a talented team of engagement planners, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
- Stay Ahead of the Curve: Immerse yourself in the latest industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive insights, sharing your knowledge and shaping our strategic direction.
- Drive Growth: Partner with our Customer Excellence Lead to identify new opportunities for expansion, developing innovative solutions and services that set us apart.
- Collaborate and Conquer: Work hand-in-hand with other agency partners (Creative, PR, etc.) to deliver integrated campaigns that achieve maximum impact.
- Strategic Brilliance: A deep understanding of how media influences and engages audiences, with a proven track record of developing successful omnichannel strategies.
- Healthcare Expertise: Direct experience in professional healthcare markets or consumer market experience (preferably in healthcare), or other regulated categories.
- Leadership Prowess: The ability to inspire, motivate, and guide a team towards common goals, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
- Client-Centric Mindset: A passion for building strong relationships and delivering exceptional service to our clients.
- Innovation DNA: A desire to challenge the status quo, explore new technologies, and push the boundaries of what's possible.
- 14+ years of hands-on media planning experience across all channels
- A 4-year degree or equivalent in experience and education
