A group of industry experts in Cannes met to discuss omnichannel and how the term and capability are evolving in the industry. There was consensus that omnichannel is, at its core, about managing and prioritizing customer experience. There is an organizational shift that needs to happen to make it the core of how life sciences brands go to market and expand the thinking of omnichannel to encompass the confluence of HCP and consumer marketing, as well as franchises.
