The Associate Data Analyst is responsible for monitoring and organizing the day-to-day data operations related to advertising campaigns for assigned clients. Services include target list matching, collation of data for performance reports, data ingestion and extraction, cleansing, organization and visualization, as well as campaign monitoring.
Primary Accountabilities
Generate campaign performance reports for assigned brands. Tasks include, but are not limited to:
- Extract and organize data from multiple internal and external data sources and platforms.
- QA, organize, and create visualization of data based on provided measurement plans.
- Monitor inbound data receipt, identify and troubleshoot any issues or missing data, and follow up with Supplier Partners and other internal teams.
- Proactively identify and resolve issues that arise including reporting discrepancies, data inaccuracies, and report visualization changes.
- With assistance, analyze reports and provide any observations to the Business Insights team.
Regularly monitor all live campaigns. Tasks include but are not limited to:
- Ensure proper serving, click through action and conversion events.
- Review monitoring reports and communicate any unusual activity related to non-human. trafficking, advertising blocks or alerts, viewability, and invalid traffic.
Coordinate day-to-day operations of list match services, including, but not limited to:
- Conduct regular campaign list matching requests.
- Upload Client target lists as requested.
- Scrub target lists for removal of “opt-out” physicians as requested.
- Export target buy lists to meet client requests.
- Coordinate all ad hoc list match requests.
- Troubleshoot target- list related issues as they arise.
- Ensure compliance with confidentiality protocols as they relate to data transfers.
Maintain and build relationships with key customers and partners.

Requirements
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

The base salary for this position at the time of this posting may range from $35,000-$65,000. Director, Product Strategy
The Director, Product Strategy is a leader in the development and management of leading edge media planning and buy management systems and processes. This individual identifies, cultivates, and manages strategic alliances, conducts regular industry evaluations, and collaborates with internal teams to drive product integration and adoption. They will also champion and lead the strategic workflow of our core SaaS platform and Artificial Intelligence agents, including assistants embedded within it. They prioritize development efforts, and contribute to a high-performing team to achieve our ambitious growth goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- SaaS Platform Strategy: Lead the strategic roadmap and evolution of our core SaaS platform, identifying and prioritizing key partners, solutions, and approaches that align with our business objectives
- Artificial Intelligence in Product Strategy: Manage the roadmap and prioritization of AI agents, assistants, and generative AI tools within the SaaS platform
- Proactive Industry Evaluations: Conduct thorough industry evaluations to identify emerging technologies and potential partners that can enhance our product offerings and competitive advantage
- Operating System Convergence: Spearhead the integration of features and functions across the operating system into a consistent and seamless user experience that reduces manual downstream work and focuses teams on strategic work
- Product Alignment: Collaborate closely with internal teams, including product development, marketing, and sales, to integrate disparate solutions and drive adoption
- Agile Customer Targeting Solutions & Emerging Tech Collaboration: Work closely with product strategy teams who lead customer targeting solutions and emerging tech to ensure workstreams connect and interface seamlessly with core planning and buying platforms
- Roadmap & Prioritization Collaboration: Collaborate with senior leaders and proactively negotiate the prioritization of development efforts to ensure alignment with customer and industry needs.
- Management Responsibilities;
- Supervise management level staff as required and maintain quality control of work produced by team members
- Build career development plans for direct reports and ensure that all team members have actionable development plans
- Track performance of staff against goals and regularly provide coaching for excellence
- Complete yearly performance reviews of staff members
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in technology partnerships, product management, or a related field.
- Proven track record of successfully identifying, negotiating, and managing complex technical systems and applications
- Deep understanding of the software development landscape and emerging technologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Demonstrated leadership and team management skills
- Experience in the adtech and/or martech industry preferred
- Bachelor’s degree or work experience equivalent

Vice President, Product Strategy
- Emerging Technology: Conceptualize, design, and drive the development of innovative services and technology solutions that unlock new revenue streams and enhance existing offerings
- SaaS Pillar Leadership: Lead one or more core SaaS platform pillar from a strategy perspective, continually evaluating the marketplace and ensuring our roadmap meets the needs of customers
- Client Facing Presentation: Serve as a client facing lead, as needed, presenting overaching and specific data and technology capabilities
- Clean Room & Data Sharing: Establish and manage secure data environments partnerships (data clean rooms and security solutions) to facilitate safe and compliant data collaboration with partners and clients. Develop and implement data sharing agreements and solutions
- Novel Technology Viability Assessments: Conduct rigorous technical due diligence and commercial feasibility studies on emerging technologies and solutions in video, global advertising in healthcare, AI, and other areas as they emerge. Provide clear and concise recommendations to leadership and pull through concepts from ideation to fruition
- Opportunity Exploration & Administration: Proactively identify and evaluate new technology trends and market opportunities. Develop business cases, secure funding, and manage the exploration of high-potential initiatives
- Thought Leadership: Maintain an active role in the headspace of the industry through a regular output of thought pieces and presentations
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in technology leadership roles, with a proven track record of successfully bringing new technologies to market
- Deep understanding of supply-side platforms, data sharing frameworks, and emerging technology trends
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Deep understanding of the software development landscape and emerging technologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value.

The base salary for this position at the time of this posting may range from $115,000 to $230,000. Individual compensation varies based on job related factors, including business needs, experience, level of responsibility and qualifications.
