- Administer Snowflake database environments for CIA.
- Maintain Snowflake architecture and ensure new database objects are built according to that architecture.
- Design, develop, and test scripts to import and blend data/bring in data from different source systems and ensure it is modeled appropriately.
- Monitor Snowflake database performance and troubleshoot any data issues that arise.
- Ensure all queries are optimized and monitor Snowflake usage to ensure allotted credits are not exceeded.
- Conduct performance tuning where and when needed.

- Stay up to date on the latest Snowflake features and best practices & recommend adjustments/enhancements when possible.
- Author and maintain internal documentation around Snowflake architecture & administration.

As a key leader within our agency, The Associate Director, Programmatic Media Buying leads CMI Media Group offerings and provides thought leadership in the Programmatic space, both internally and externally. Supervisor, Paid Social
At CMI Media Group, we are looking for a Supervisor, Paid Social who can help our clients utilize paid social to connect with patients, caregivers and doctors. In this role, you’ll help brands develop and execute social media strategies across major networks, as well as leverage social listening tools for planning, reporting and analysis. This is a leadership role within a dedicated and growing social department, where you will be the day to day manager of social programs for client’s brands.
Responsibilities include: leading a client/brand social team, developing social media strategies, involvement in new biz and pitch opportunities, social listening and reporting. You will also have the opportunities to work alongside partner agencies and internal teams to ensure social efforts are completely integrated with marketing and creative efforts.
Responsibilities:
- Develop a deep understanding of the client’s brands and disease states, and determine how social advertising can provide a benefit to their audiences
- Work alongside analytics team to determine measurement plans for social media efforts
- Day to day management of client social media programs
- Mange team of 1-2 social analysts, mentoring them through their career path
- Leverage social listening tools to develop strategies and analyze competition and audience segments
- Help create social media campaigns that provide a benefit to the audiences our clients are targeting
Requirements:
- Management or mentorship experience (1-2 years)

- Establish relationships with senior members of our client teams, making them advocates of paid social and CMI Media Group.
- Be a leader across the activation teams (SEM/programmatic/video/ECOMM etc.) driving cross-channel learnings and campaign optimizations.
- Stay abreast of changes in the marketplace, new social networks and help our clients understand how they can be leveraged to help their brands.

- PC proficiency and solid working knowledge of MS Office particularly Excel, basic knowledge of pivot tables and V-Lookups.

The base salary for this position at the time of this posting may range from $115,000 to $230,000.
