What You’ll Do:
  • Manage and mentor a team of Market and Social Intelligence analysts, fostering their professional growth and development.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive audience intelligence strategies that align with client objectives and drive business results.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, presenting data-driven insights and recommendations with confidence and clarity.

  • Manage relationships with third-party partners and market research tool providers.
  • Partner with Client Finance teams to develop customized SOWs for audience intelligence solutions.
What You’ll Bring:
  • 8-12 years of experience in research methodologies and tools (traditional market research).
  • 1-3 years of experience managing, leading, and growing accounts.
  • Proven ability to manage and motivate a team of 1-5+ individuals.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including presentation skills.
  • Strong foundation in data analytics and the ability to think strategically about data and research methodologies.
  • Pharmaceutical/Healthcare experience preferred.
  • Familiarity with Qualtrics, Tableau, SaS and/or SPSS.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in marketing, business, or any quantitative or analytical related field preferred.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment and is solution-oriented.
  • Ability to function and thrive outside of your comfort zone and learn new skill sets.

The base salary for this position at the time of this posting may range from $70,000 to $140,000.   • Experience or education in Pharma – a significant advantage!

You will work closely with your assigned team of Analysts as well as media, analytics, and other account management teams to ensure client goals and expectations are met and/or exceeded. Responsibilities: 

  • Oversee the development of SEM, YouTube, and Contextual and analysis for assigned clients
