Position Overview:  
 
As the Director of Data Analytics, you will be responsible for setting the strategic vision for short and long-term growth, collaborating with the Data Analytics leadership team. Primary Responsibilities:

This ideal candidate is the connector of social and market intelligence data across client and internal agency teams. Primary Responsibilities: 
  • Client and internal leader across market intelligence and social intelligence teams

This ideal candidate has strong quantitative research skills and experience, along with SPSS and statistics.  Qualifications:  

  • 7+ years of analytics experience. Either an MA in statistics/business analytics/similar or a BA with experience research/digital 
  •  5+ years’ experience managing team(s), preferably in the marketing/media analytics space 
  • Strong team player and interpersonal skills with proven ability to work with cross-functional teams 
  •  Strong presenter with persuasive communication skills and ability to confidently discuss results with all levels 
  • High level of comfort with data combined with proven analytics optimization experience 
  • Experience with digital campaign measurement and optimization. Direct experience with online direct marketing or online media performance analysis.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills. Experience managing and coordinating multiple projects across internal teams.

    The Quality Assurance Specialist, Digital Activation is responsible for monitoring, reviewing, correcting and proposing measures to improve deliverables and processes in order to meet established quality standards under CMI Media Group’s Digital Activation practice. This person is responsible for applying these QA expectations across digital channels including SEM, Paid Social, and Programmatic.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Responsible for defining QA strategy, approach, and execution across digital channels including but not limited to SEM, Programmatic, and Paid Social. 
    • Review pre and post-launch campaigns across digital media channels to confirm best practices are followed related to setup, tagging, budget, flighting, and targets in platforms like Google Ads, SA360, The Trade Desk, Meta Ad Manager,  and LinkedIn Campaign Manager. 
    • Ensure the accurate usage of available tools to gain the maximum benefit of the QA effort. This includes testing tools for functionality, performance, and automation. 
    • Track asset expiration and coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure ads in market remain compliant.
    • Work closely with offshore support and resources to ensure their deliverables and outputs are accurate and meet expectations.
    • Establish governance to ensure that the digital activation teams adhere to the principles, guidelines and standard methodologies of the QA strategy as defined.
    • Focus on continuous QA improvements including usage of appropriate testing tools, techniques and automation. 
    • Monitor all the QA activities, test results, defects, root cause analysis and identifying areas of improvement. Implement steps required to improve the processes. Gather and present testing metrics, testing activities, etc
    • Create daily / weekly / monthly reports, audit logs and manage tracking issues
    • Partner with internal teams to confirm that processes are being regularly audited for accuracy and that performance feedback is being shared with the responsible teams
    • As new guidelines and policies are being developed and prototyped, provides details to teams around the impact of the policy change on the team’s current work and surfaces gaps in knowledge, process, and technology between the intent of the guidelines and policy and how content review takes place
    • Manage investigations of escalations of inaccurate decisions, to understand the root cause(s), especially in cases where policies are new, the content is ambiguous, or the decision has an outsized impact if incorrect
    • Confirm, track and communicate all asset expiration dates to ensure ads live in market are approved and compliant
      • Identify potential gaps in the current QA process, directly contribute to improving the process or creating a new one in partnership with leadership

    • Strategy Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop comprehensive SEM strategies aligned with overall business objectives. Stay abreast of industry trends, search engine algorithms, and best practices to ensure optimal campaign performance. 
    • Budget Management: Manage SEM budgets effectively, ensuring maximum return on investment and adherence to financial targets. 
    • Testing and Optimization: Conduct A/B testing and implement optimization strategies to improve ad performance and user experience. Continuously explore new opportunities and techniques to enhance campaign effectiveness. 
    Desired Skills and Qualifications:  
    • Proven experience (4+ years) in managing and optimizing SEM campaigns. 
    • In-depth knowledge of Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other SEM platforms. 
    • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools like Adobe Omniture and Google Analytics as well as bid management tools like Search Ads 360. 
    • Excellent understanding of SEM best practices, search engine algorithms, and industry trends. 
    • Strong communication and collaboration skills. 
    • Passion for working in a fast-growing healthcare media agency. 
    • Google & Microsoft certification a plus. 
    • Contextual, video and/or programmatic experience a plus. 
    • Experience in the pharmaceutical vertical.

    Senior Analyst, Social Intelligence

    We are looking for a detail-oriented, innovative, and data-driven Senior Analyst to join our growing Social Intelligence team. The ideal candidate has experience managing and analyzing large, unstructured data sets to identify trends and insights that can help inform our clients’ campaigns across all verticals, including but not limited to: Social, SEM, SEO, Programmatic, Media, Analytics and beyond. The candidate should also have experience working in social listening tools, such as Sprinklr or Brandwatch, to build queries and backend infrastructure for social listening reporting. This person will work closely with the Social Intelligence and Market Research teams to develop and deliver reports for CMI Media Group’s clients.    

    The ideal candidate will:   

      • Leading end-to-end social listening reports that includes the collection, analysis, and PowerPoint report development for assigned social listening reports across designated clients 
      • Partnering with client-facing media teams (Media, Social, Search, etc.) to communicate findings and identify promotional opportunities and recommendations 
      • Leading assigned report presentations, with support from project lead, to clients to present insights and findings  
      • Build and refine Boolean queries to enable filtering in CMI Media Group’s social listening tools to collect and analyze the social data surrounding relevant disease states, audiences, and/or topics to generate actionable insights 
      • Build dashboards in social listening tools based on internal and external client requests to support listening analysis 
      • Own ad-hoc data pulls requests from internal teams and external clients to support brand planning and strategy that include, but are not limited to, brand and competitive volume, HCP and or consumer conversations, or identification of top influencers. 
      • Work in partnership with Communications Planning teams to support client brand strategy by aligning on data and insights needed from social intelligence data sets and tools; support the visualization and organization of the data that helps tell a story for comms planning team 
      • Partner with Market Intelligence team counterparts to support custom market research solutions by infusing reports with social listening data, where applicable  
      • Understanding of all Audience Intelligence tools – syndicated, secondary, social intelligence – to be familiar with data available to our internal teams and client partners 
      • Assist in the development of templates, best practices, and trainings for the Audience Intelligence and/or Social Intelligence team 
      • Daily completion of timesheets that are completed both accurately and at the end of each working day 

      Requirements: 

      • 4 or more years of social listening experience
      • Analytical abilities, effective communication, and attention to detail
      • Strong technical skills
      • Proven experience in Primary Market Research analysis
      • Able to convey insights into strategic decisions and collaborate with teams

      CMI Media Group is looking for a Supervisor, Social Intelligence, who will lead Social Listening, Research, and Community Management initiatives for client brands! In this role, you will be the leader in providing brands and teams with thoughtful social data analysis, and social channel management support where applicable. You will be the connector of data to compliment social media strategies across major social network and media strategies and leverage social listening and community management tools for planning, reporting and analysis. This is a leadership role within a dedicated and growing social data group, where you will be the day-to-day lead of client social listening and community management programs. 
       
      Responsibilities:   
       
      • Assist in the management of client relationships, strategy, and day-to-day execution as it relates to CMI’s social listening services   
      • Assist in the collection, analysis, and PowerPoint report development for recurring social listening reports across clients   
      • Build queries in CMI’s social listening tool to collect and analyze the social data   
      • Work closely with the client-facing social teams to derive actionable insights based on client business goals and objectives   
      • Assist in the development of templates, best practices, and trainings for the organization and fellow team members   
      • Monitor client owned social channels to discover content that needs to be addressed, escalated, and reported per client community management and FDA guidelines   
      • Work alongside client’s brand team creative and PR agencies to escalate concerning content and adjust messaging based on social analysis   
      • Identify new opportunities and evaluate new tools that create efficiencies and expansion in CMI’s offerings   
      • Collaborate with CMI’s decision sciences, analytics, media, search, and social teams to share insights and integrate where possible   
      • Ability to build code for automation of analyses a plus, but not required   
      • Maintain and grow as the subject matter expert, by staying current on social platforms   
      • Learn and assist with other social media tasks/skills as needed   
      • Develop a deep understanding of the client’s brands and disease states, and determine how social listening and community management can provide a benefit to their audiences   
      • Assist clients in the development of best-in-class community management programs including the creation of community and response guidelines    
      • Mange team of 1-2 social intelligence analysts, mentoring them through their career path 
      • Leverage social listening tools to aid in the development of strategies and analyze competition and audience segments   
       
       
      Requirements:   
       
      • Minimum of 4-5 years in a social data role, including social listening and community management   
      • 1-2 years of management or mentorship experience   
      • Proficient in the top social listening tools (for example, Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Sprinklr and beyond) and experience researching new emerging tools a plus!   
      • Experience in a regulated industry – pharma or healthcare experience a plus/preferred   
      • Strong attention to detail, project management, and prioritization skills   
      • Ability to work both independently and in a team in a fast-paced environment   
      • Advanced in Excel and PowerPoint   
      • Demonstrates strong communication (written and verbal) and analytical skills   
      • Knowledge of social media, search, and/or traditional media marketing a plus
