Senior Specialist, Ad Tech Services

The Senior Digital Ad Operations Specialist will participate in the execution, management, troubleshooting, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns aimed at both branding and response objectives.  This position is responsible for properly setting up all components of a campaign, maintaining a thorough QA process, and helping to create and maintain best practices. 

  • Manage the trafficking, testing, implementation and QA of ad campaigns and pixel tags as needed
  • Test digital creative ads to ensure proper adserving implementation
  • Correctly traffic ad tags to vendors in a timely manner
  • Provide status of campaign implementation to the media planning team within 3 days of launch, including screen shots, and actions taken if implementation issues occur
  • Regularly monitor and QA all live campaigns for proper serving, click through action, and conversion events. Identify potential issues and communication recommendations
  • Create floodlight tags in Doubleclick and send to appropriate contact, and conduct QA
  • Create click trackers in DoubleClick, where appropriate, and send to appropriate contact and conduct QA
  • Assist the larger IQRx team in the continued education of ad serving and related technologies (i.e. Ad Blocking, Ad Verification, Programmatic, etc.)
  • Interface regularly with partners; resolve issues that arise including reporting discrepancies, creative policing, trafficking requirements
  • Manage site analytic look up tables and the implementation of site analytic event tag URL extensions
  • Troubleshoot internal and external ad server system issues
  • Coordinate with client data feeds, as necessary
  • Coordinate all tagging and integration efforts with third parties such as Programmatic Engines, ad verification partners and survey vendors
  • Documentation of protocols associated with client terms
  • Assist in the development of and maintenance of Ad Serving SOPs
  • Assist in oversight and training of associate ad operations specialists

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree (Preferably in business management, computer sciences, data management, or another related major)
  • 3+ years of experience working in a fast paced environment
  • 3 years of experience in digital banner and search marketing
  • 3+ years of experience using DoubleClick, Atlas, WebTrends, Omniture, Google Analytics, etc.
  • Must be proficient with javascript, iFrame, and other HTML coding as it relates to ad serving and pixel implementation
  • Must be proficient in ad server targeting methods
  • Must be able to demonstrate technical expertise
  • Excellent multitasking abilities and the ability to prioritize well in a fast paced environment.
  • This position involves a strong understanding of the complexities of ad trafficking.

GENERAL OVERVIEW

Senior Business Process Analyst

Support the Client Finance team to ensure the highest quality of financial service to our clients. In collaboration with all internal departments and Client Finance team members, provide support of clients’ financial management, including SOWs, client billing and reporting as well as administrative and staff functions.

Associate Analyst, Client Finance

The Associate Analyst, Client Finance will support the Client Finance team to ensure the highest quality of financial service to our clients. In collaboration with Client Finance team members, provide support of clients’ financial management, including SOWs, client billing and reporting as well as administrative and staff functions.

Requirements

Primary Accountabilities

  • Independently develop client scope of work (SOWs) contracts, ensuring all SOWs and Change Orders are developed to reflect client brand priorities and staffing requirements
  • Oversee the management of budget trackers, SOW trackers, actual hours/expenses vs. estimated, staffing hours and aging reports; providing monthly and quarterly updates to each team ensuring accuracy across brands
  • Provide financial consultation to cross functional teams regarding financial kick-off, monthly estimate vs actual tracking, billing and actualization
  • Proactively recommend incremental scope and staffing needs based on monitoring of pacing and business changes

General Overview
The Senior Analyst, Client Finance, assists in providing financial support to client account teams and monitoring the finances and budgets related to specific client assignments and projects. The Manager of Marketing Research and Analytics is responsible for developing and refining promotional research and statistical analysis capabilities for CMI Media Group and Compas. RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Management and oversight of the primary marketing research team, with efforts focused on growth, excellence and thought leadership resulting from our syndicated and custom research studies and promotional analytics obtained from secondary data as well as qualitative insight from social listening
  • Oversee execution of custom and syndicated research study including but not limited to solicitation of questionnaire input from key internal stakeholders, questionnaire design/development, deployment of survey, aggregation of results, management of integration of data and reporting on results both internally and externally
  • Educate internal media teams on the appropriate research design to effectively address client needs
  • Assist and contribute to industry reports, POVs and speaker opportunities

The Analyst, Media Automation is responsible for handling the day-to-day operation of owned email and multi-channel marketing automation campaigns under management by CMI, on behalf of our life science clients. 


RESPONSIBILITIES
 

  • Coordinate day-to-day operations of CMI owned email and marketing automation campaigns
  • Advise clients and planning teams on best practices for successful email deployment
  • Troubleshoot any issues with assets and proactively offer solutions
  • Work with clients and creative agencies on retrieval and cataloging of creative assets for email and other channels
  • Develop reports of email and multi-channel campaign performance for distribution to internal and external stakeholders
  • Verify and validate reports, data and other relevant business documents, with input from management as needed

Director, Paid Social

The Director, Social Media will lead the overall strategy development and execution across all elements of social media including but not limited to: social listening, content creation and syndication through social profiles, paid social advertising and social analytics.  In this role, the director will oversee a team of social analysts, helping them grow and develop in the area of social media analysis, strategy, and execution. This person is also responsible to act as a partner for assigned clients working with various departments at CMI. This person will also provide thought leadership, innovative ideas, and social strategies that will grow our business and improve client relationships.

PRIMARY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Be the primary strategic partner for assigned clients related to social media marketing
  • Stay abreast of changes in the market place, new social networks and help our clients understand how they can be leveraged to help their brands
  • Develop a deep understanding of the client’s brands and disease states and determine how social media can provide a benefit to their audiences
  • Manage team of social media analysts, helping them grow and develop into full stack social media marketers
  • Partner with the insights and analytics team to create and define measurement plans

  • Provide oversight to analysts who manage the day to day social campaigns for clients

  • Connect social media with other departments such as search (paid and organic), media and research
  • Work across both consumer and healthcare professional social media programs
  • Create social media campaigns that provide a benefit to the audiences our clients are targeting
  • Lead the evolution of CMI’s social media product, establishing our service as best in class in the pharmaceutical space
  • Familiarity with regulated industries and how social media can be utilized within the regulations
  • Lead the education of client teams, helping them see value in social media and help them understand how it can be utilized to benefit their brands
  • Stay up to date on the use of social media in the pharmaceutical space, specifically keeping a pulse on FDA regulations and processes

At CMI Media Group, we are looking for a Supervisor, Paid Social who can help our clients utilize paid social to connect with patients, caregivers and doctors. In this role, you’ll help brands develop and execute social media strategies across major networks, as well as leverage social listening tools for planning, reporting and analysis. This is a leadership role within a dedicated and growing social department, where you will be the day to day manager of social programs for client’s brands.

Responsibilities include: leading a client/brand social team, developing social media strategies, involvement in new biz and pitch opportunities, social listening and reporting. You will also have the opportunities to work alongside partner agencies and internal teams to ensure social efforts are completely integrated with marketing and creative efforts. 

Duties:

  • Develop a deep understanding of the client’s brands and disease states, and determine how social advertising can provide a benefit to their audiences
  • Work alongside analytics team to determine measurement plans for social media efforts

Requirements:
