Analyst, Social Engagement

About the Role:
As a Social Engagement Analyst, you will be the architect of compelling social media strategies for our high-tier clients. You'll leverage your expertise in social media management tools (specifically Sprinklr) to build, optimize, and analyze social campaigns that drive meaningful results. You'll collaborate closely with Social Engagement leads, Social Intelligence, and Paid Social teams to ensure a cohesive and impactful social presence for our clients.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Develop enterprise social media guidance and manage social media technologies.
  • Configure and optimize Sprinklr and other social media tools for insightful reporting and analysis.
  • Stay abreast of social platform updates and maintain comprehensive documentation.
  • Act as a social media expert, providing unique perspectives on industry trends.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with client social teams, fostering integration and growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver best-in-class thinking and execution.
  • Utilize social media analytics tools to extract actionable insights and measure campaign performance.
  • Deliver clear, concise, and data-driven strategic analyses and recommendations to clients.
  • Support the development of a cohesive and integrated WPP social offering.
  • Provide project management support, including meeting recaps and record maintenance.
  • Foster enthusiasm and commitment to client business within internal teams.
Qualifications:
  • 2-3 years of experience in agency, digital media, or marketing. Social or pharma-specific agency experience a plus.
  • Required: Experience with Sprinklr, Khoros, or other social media management tools.
  • Strong project management and prioritization skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including client presentation experience.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to develop and communicate unique perspectives.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau), Google Analytics, Adobe Omniture a plus.
  • Pharma experience and/or education a plus.
Success Factors:
  • Deep understanding of social media platforms (Meta, X, Pinterest, Reddit, TikTok).
  • Resourceful, solution-oriented, and proactive.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and ad-hoc requests effectively.
  • Strong presentation creation skills.
