- 10+ years of experience in communications planning, media strategy, account planning, brand planning, or a related field, with a strong understanding of the healthcare marketing landscape.
- Proven ability to lead and inspire high-performing teams, fostering a culture of open communication, collaboration, and growth.
- A passion for uncovering consumer insights and translating them into actionable communication strategies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills – you can clearly articulate complex ideas and inspire action.
