Vice President, Programmatic – Dept Lead
- Be the Architect: Develop and implement cutting-edge Programmatic strategies across all channels, including Display, Video, Native, CTV, Audio, DOOH, and emerging formats.
- Lead the Charge: Oversee a talented team of Programmatic experts, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment that delivers exceptional results for our clients.
- Drive Innovation: Spearhead the exploration and implementation of new technologies, partnerships, and strategies to keep CMI Media Group at the forefront of the Programmatic landscape.
- Be a Thought Leader: Represent CMI Media Group as a Programmatic authority within the healthcare industry, sharing your expertise through thought leadership pieces, speaking engagements, and client consultations.
- Build Strong Relationships: Cultivate and manage relationships with key clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders, ensuring seamless collaboration and exceptional client service.
- 10+ years of experience managing successful Programmatic campaigns, demonstrating a deep understanding of DSPs, SSPs, audience data, and publisher partnerships.
- A proven track record of leading and inspiring high-performing teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to diverse audiences.
- A passion for the healthcare industry and a deep understanding of its unique challenges and opportunities.
- A proactive and entrepreneurial spirit, with a relentless drive to innovate and exceed expectations.
