Senior Vice President, Data Analytics
- Lead, grow, and mentor a high-performing team of data analytics professionals.
- Develop and execute client-specific data strategies, including gap assessments and roadmaps.
- Drive the development of new data deliverables, ensuring efficiency, speed, and value.
- Collaborate with Product Development to translate business needs into data requirements.
- Oversee the delivery of client data deliverables, ensuring clarity and understanding.
- Foster strong client relationships, particularly within client analytic departments.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging analytics technologies.
- Manage team allocation, scoping, time management, and performance reviews.
- Participate in the recruitment process, conducting interviews and making hiring decisions.
- BA/BS degree required; MBA or other graduate degree preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in marketing, analytics, and data, with a significant portion in leadership roles.
- 5+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry preferred.
- Strong technical capabilities in data manipulation, visualization, and tool selection.
- Proven experience leading and mentoring diverse teams in an inclusive environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex data insights clearly.
- Experience working with clients to understand their needs and deliver data solutions.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
