Senior Vice President, Data Analytics - Lead the Future of Healthcare Data at CMI Media Group

As the Senior Vice President, Data Analytics, you will lead and mentor a team of data management experts, overseeing all incoming and outgoing data streams related to our clients' businesses. You will design and execute data-driven strategies that enhance customer insights, optimize campaigns, and drive measurable results. Collaborating across teams and departments, you will ensure clients receive seamless, best-in-class deliverables with speed and accuracy. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of data analytics within a leading healthcare marketing agency.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Lead, grow, and mentor a high-performing team of data analytics professionals.
  • Develop and execute client-specific data strategies, including gap assessments and roadmaps.
  • Drive the development of new data deliverables, ensuring efficiency, speed, and value.
  • Collaborate with Product Development to translate business needs into data requirements.
  • Oversee the delivery of client data deliverables, ensuring clarity and understanding.
  • Foster strong client relationships, particularly within client analytic departments.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging analytics technologies.
  • Manage team allocation, scoping, time management, and performance reviews.
  • Participate in the recruitment process, conducting interviews and making hiring decisions.

 

Requirements:
 
  • BA/BS degree required; MBA or other graduate degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in marketing, analytics, and data, with a significant portion in leadership roles.
  • 5+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry preferred.
  • Strong technical capabilities in data manipulation, visualization, and tool selection.
  • Proven experience leading and mentoring diverse teams in an inclusive environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex data insights clearly.
  • Experience working with clients to understand their needs and deliver data solutions.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
