In this role, you will:
- Be the Architect of Growth: Define and execute the strategic vision for our Customer Insights & Analytics department, driving innovation and excellence in data management, product development, and client deliverables.
- Lead with Expertise: Guide a team of talented analysts, fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous learning, and analytical excellence. Mentor and empower your team to deliver impactful results for our clients.
- Be a Client Champion: Collaborate closely with clients to understand their evolving needs and develop innovative data-driven solutions that exceed expectations and solidify CMI's position as a strategic partner.
- Drive Innovation & Partnerships: Continuously evaluate and establish new relationships with data suppliers and partners, seeking out cutting-edge technologies and resources to enhance our proprietary assets and systems.
- Shape the Future of Healthcare Marketing: Represent CMI Media Group at industry events, client pitches, and supplier meetings, showcasing our thought leadership and expertise in data-driven healthcare marketing.

- Strategic Visionary: 10+ years of experience in marketing analytics, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful data-driven strategies.
- Leadership & Mentorship: Demonstrated ability to lead, inspire, and mentor high-performing teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, growth, and excellence.
- Client-Centric Approach: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for building strong relationships and understanding client needs.
- Pharmaceutical Industry Expertise: 5+ years of experience working in the pharmaceutical industry, with a deep understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities within this sector.
- Passion for Innovation: A relentless curiosity and drive to explore new technologies and methodologies, constantly seeking ways to push the boundaries of data-driven insights.

The base salary for this position at the time of this posting may range from $90k to $180k. Individual compensation varies based on job related factors, including business needs, experience, level of responsibility and qualifications.
