Senior Analyst, Ecommerce

The Senior Analyst, Ecommerce drives ecommerce strategy and execution for client brands, focusing on ROI, patient acquisition, and retail partnerships. This role manages client relationships, develops and executes Point of Purchase (Ecommerce) campaigns across retail and client-owned platforms (including HCP and client websites), and optimizes performance across marketplaces like Amazon and Walmart.
Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Partnership: Develop strong relationships with key brand and COE contacts at the client, establishing yourself as a “strategic media partner.” Manage client communications and foster a collaborative environment.
  • Ecommerce Campaign Management: Develop, execute, and manage Ecommerce campaigns, aligning with client goals, KPIs, and user experience. This includes budget management, media planning (owning the media calendar), and cross-functional collaboration (Creative, PR, etc.).
  • Marketplace Optimization: Manage brand presence and optimize PPC/advertising strategies on Amazon, Walmart, and other marketplaces, focusing on ROAS, CPC, and conversion rates. Conduct A/B testing and leverage data insights. Manage inventory and demand forecasting.
  • Omni-Channel Innovation: Develop innovative omni-channel strategies leveraging retail and third-party vendors, incorporating print, display, in-store, and digital tactics. Influence the online and in-store customer journey.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Leverage customer insights and analytics to inform strategy and report performance to stakeholders, particularly clients. Partner with BI/DA teams on dashboard development. Tie marketing efforts to business objectives.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (Search, Programmatic, Social) and external partners to achieve client objectives. Leverage retail partner data and capabilities across channels. Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years’ experience in e-commerce, with a proven track record on platforms like Amazon, Walmart, and other retail marketplaces
  • Proven ability to build and manage in-platform campaigns
  • Strong skills in translating strategy and user experience on client owned sites
  • Experience in tying marketing efforts to business objectives
  • Excellent reporting skills to communicate with key stakeholders
  • Hands-on experience managing PPC campaigns on e-commerce platforms, with a focus on improving ROAS, CPC, and other performance metrics
  • Working knowledge of search, programmatic
  • Familiarity with e-commerce tools like Jungle Scout, Google Analytics, and ad platforms specific to each marketplace 
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Digital Media, Business Administration or a related field preferred
