Director, Engagement Strategy
- Strategic Thinker: Craft cross-channel media strategies aligned with brand goals, leveraging insights, best practices, and data to shape impactful brand journeys.
- Brand Architect: Manage strategies for a large brand or multiple smaller brands, ensuring alignment with overarching business objectives.
- Client Relations Expert: Cultivate strong relationships with key brand contacts, establishing yourself as a strategic media partner and ensuring robust client communications.
- Team Cultivator: Foster an informed and collaborative team environment, keeping cross-functional colleagues well-informed and engaged.
- Leadership: Possess an innate ability to inspire and mentor a team, fostering an environment of collaboration and excellence while continuously pushing the envelope of innovation.
- Development & Training: Ensure staff retention and development by closely managing development plans and training needs of the team.
- Holistic Strategy Development: Lead the Engagement Planning team in crafting tactical plans for diverse media channels, ensuring alignment with overarching strategies.
- Strategic Collaboration: Partner with activation teams to seamlessly translate strategic approaches into tactical plans across various channels.
- Industry Liaison: Regularly meet with media sales reps, industry representatives, and other agency partners, pursuing ideas strategically aligned with clients’ business goals.
- Trend Identification: Keep updated on industry trends and innovations that may impact clients’ businesses, incorporating forward-thinking strategies.
- Experience: 8+ years of hands-on media planning experience across various channels with expertise in Digital Media including SEM, Programmatic, Paid Social, SEO, and emerging channels.
- Market Knowledge: Direct experience in professional healthcare or consumer markets (preferably in healthcare) or other regulated categories with a deep understanding of marketing concepts.
- Strategic Vision: Ability to forecast future needs, aligning media strategies with overarching brand goals and communication objectives.
- Collaborative Skills: Capability to build, maintain, and strengthen partnerships both internally and externally to enhance client services.
- Innovation Hub: Be at the forefront of crafting groundbreaking strategies that redefine brand success.
