Vice President, Programmatic
- Lead the Charge: Spearhead overall programmatic efforts, developing a robust roadmap that expands into TV, video, radio, and other emerging channels.
- Innovate with Data: Develop strategies and forge partnerships to leverage first-party data for precision audience targeting.
- Drive Thought Leadership: Become the recognized programmatic expert in healthcare, representing CMI Media Group at industry conferences and through compelling thought leadership.
- Cultivate Relationships: Build strong relationships with suppliers, clients, and internal teams, effectively communicating the value and capabilities of programmatic.
- Shape Our Product: Continuously evaluate the programmatic marketplace, making recommendations to evolve and improve our product offering (AdMission Platform).
- Empower Our Team: Guide the programmatic team in developing sophisticated strategies, lead internal training and education, and foster the growth of junior team members.
- Support Growth: Play a key role in new business efforts and pitches, demonstrating our programmatic prowess to prospective clients.
- Optimize & Standardize: Develop SOPs and best practices for campaign launch, optimization, measurement, and reporting, ensuring high-quality inventory and effective buys.
- 10+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on programmatic.
- A Bachelor's degree.
- Extensive experience with large-scale DSP platforms, such as The Trade Desk.
- Proven experience working with third-party data providers.
- A blend of strategic thinking, entrepreneurial spirit, and innovative problem-solving.
